This Level 3 HACCP course explains the legislation surrounding HACCP and introduces the three key stages: the Preparatory Stage, the Hazard Analysis Stage, and the Monitoring and Verification Stage. - Principles and Steps of HACPP : The final section focuses on the 7 key principles of HACCP and the 12 steps behind it.
