The course covers the following key sections:
- Inequality : This section explores Inequality and the issues facing it. You will learn the correct terminology and best practice to approach.
- What is Leadership : This section covers leadership and how to identify values. You will also look at the leadership style you want to aim for.
- The Trust Triangle : Learn about the Trust Triangle and what it is comprised of logic, authenticity and empathy.
- Barriers in the Workplace : The final section will explore common barriers that can be overcome in the workplace.
By the end of the Women in Leadership course inequality and how to approach it using the right language and best practices. It explores leadership, helping you identify your values and develop your style. You’ll also learn about the Trust Triangle logic, authenticity, and empathy—and how it supports effective leadership.
