Right to Work Checks

Welcome to the Right to Work Checks training course. Right to Work checks are a legal requirement for all UK employers. The text based course is 15 minutes and includes the following section:

1. Right to Work Checks : Learn why Right to Work Checks are required and the legal requirements behind them. You will explore the three methods that are approved for conducting the checks.You will understand how to store evidence so its secure and compliant and ways to avoid discrimination throughout the recruitment process.
