In this course, managers will gain comprehensive knowledge about onboarding – understanding its definition, recognising its significance, identifying key responsibilities, and much more.
Our Onboarding Training course is an informative training programme designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to raise your awareness and implement the onboarding process successfully within the workplace. The course is 35 minutes long and comprised of the following sections:
- Onboarding – The Basics : This section explores what onboarding is and the components it should cover. You will learn the importance and benefits of using onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. You will be able to implement your company history, values and vision to ensure a new starter is onboard with the core values of your organisation.
- The Onboarding Process : This section focuses on the planning required. You will study the different stages of onboarding that includes a preboarding plan, onboarding plan, a new employees first day and then finally there transition to there role. You will be able to successfully navigate through the administrative process and use existing company processes to onboard your staff.
- Onboarding – Following up & Feedback : The final section you will learn the importance of scheduling regular check-ins with your new employee and listen to any concerns or feedback they may have.
By the end of this Onboarding Training course, you will be able to understand onboarding and why its so important in the workplace. Understand your responsibilities within the onboarding process and how to prepare an effective onboarding plan.
